Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven expertise in bias/fairness metrics and adversarial ML vulnerability assessment
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Strong publication record in top-tier AI ethics conferences (FAccT, AAAI)
- Experience leading ethics reviews for high-stakes AI systems (healthcare/finance)
- Fluency in Python and ML frameworks for ethical testing (AIF360, Fairlearn)
