Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI research
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics or machine learning conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in fairness metrics, explainable AI (XAI), and adversarial attack mitigation
- Experience drafting AI governance policies for Fortune 500 organizations
- Strong programming skills in Python with TensorFlow/PyTorch proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary research teams
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
