Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical design principles
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance or responsible tech
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks for bias detection
- Strong background in cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Experience with ethical review boards or compliance committees
