- Author white papers on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Monitor evolving ethical standards across 15+ global jurisdictions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or Ethics with 5+ years AI research
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics or machine learning venues
- Expertise in bias detection/quantification for deep learning models
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python and ethical auditing frameworks (Aequitas, Fairlearn)
- Strong background in moral philosophy and applied ethics
- Track record of influencing organizational AI policy development
