Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into production pipelines
- Present findings at global AI ethics summits and publish in top-tier journals
- Mentor a team of 5-7 junior researchers in responsible AI practices
- Advise C-suite on regulatory compliance for emerging AI technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 5+ years researching AI ethics or algorithmic fairness
- Published work in NeurIPS, ICML, or comparable venues
- Expertise in causal inference and counterfactual analysis
- Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow, and ethical auditing tools
- Demonstrated experience with cross-stakeholder policy development
- Strong background in human-centered design methodologies
