Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI development practices
- Advocate for ethical considerations in product roadmaps and technical specifications
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and machine learning
- Stakeholder engagement with regulators, industry groups, and civil society
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, Ethics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, algorithmic auditing, or responsible AI
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI governance trends
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with agile development methodologies and AI deployment pipelines
- Published work in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
