Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics governance frameworks

- Develop industry-leading ethical AI standards and policy guidelines
- Lead cross-functional teams in responsible AI implementation
- Advocate for ethical AI principles at industry conferences and regulatory forums
- Monitor emerging AI ethics legislation and adapt strategies proactively
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations in AI lifecycle
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or responsible tech
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation for ML systems
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable policies
- Experience working with C-suite executives on technology governance
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics preferred
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAG) a plus
