- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) for compliance
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics for industry publications
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance across organizational units
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with AI specialization
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or tech ethics roles
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on AI ethics initiatives
- Certification in Responsible AI from recognized institutions (e.g., Stanford, MIT)
- Proficiency in Python and data analysis tools for bias detection
