Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with ISO 24028 and EU AI Act standards
- Lead bias mitigation initiatives across machine learning pipelines for high-stakes applications
- Conduct adversarial testing of AI systems to identify ethical vulnerabilities in production environments
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical guardrails into MLOps workflows
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and policy-making bodies
- Author whitepapers on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Mentor junior data scientists on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven expertise in implementing bias detection algorithms using SHAP/LIME frameworks
- Deep familiarity with regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, California Consumer Privacy Act)
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals or conference proceedings
- Experience conducting ethics audits for LLM systems and computer vision applications
- Strong proficiency in Python with ethical AI libraries (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or similar organization
