Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical guidelines for AI systems deployed in 2026+ use cases
- Conduct algorithmic audits to identify and mitigate bias in machine learning models
- Design stakeholder engagement protocols for ethical AI decision-making processes
- Create impact assessment frameworks for emerging AI applications
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI implementation
- Advise executive leadership on ethical risks and opportunities
- Publish thought leadership on AI ethics in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in ethical theory applied to technology
- Proficiency in Python for AI model auditing
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible AI
- Experience facilitating diverse stakeholder dialogues
