Qualifications

- Experience conducting bias audits and fairness evaluations
- Expertise in technical ethics frameworks (e.g., utilitarianism, deontology)
- Strong written communication for creating policy documents
- Knowledge of generative AI and autonomous systems risks
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, IBM AI Ethics) preferred
