You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, product designers, and engineers to embed ethical safeguards into AI systems from conception to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct risk assessments for AI implementations across diverse industries
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish ethical AI governance protocols
- Author white papers on emerging AI ethics challenges and best practices
- Partner with engineering teams to implement ethical AI testing methodologies
- Monitor global AI policy developments and advise on strategic compliance
- Build and mentor a cross-disciplinary ethics advisory board
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible technology roles
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging US regulations
- Experience implementing ethical AI frameworks in enterprise environments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible AI
- Proficiency in AI system audit methodologies and bias detection tools
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical frameworks and global policy landscapes
