Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models across all product lines
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define ethical boundaries for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Establish continuous monitoring protocols for ethical compliance in production environments
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in C-suite strategy sessions and public forums
- Mentor data scientists on responsible AI development practices through hands-on training
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech leadership roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Proven experience drafting AI ethics policies adopted by Fortune 500 organizations
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical ethics to non-technical audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics journals/conferences
