Responsibilities

- Mentor engineers on ethical-by-design methodologies
- Represent company in global AI ethics forums and policy discussions
- Measure and report AI ethics KPIs to executive leadership
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, AI, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Experience with ML model auditing tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Published work on AI ethics or technology policy
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
