Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework, aligning AI capabilities with market evolution
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI, neural interfaces, and autonomous systems
- Partner with product teams to incubate breakthrough applications (e.g., predictive healthcare AI, climate modeling)
- Establish governance protocols for ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish industry-shaping whitepapers
- Mentor a specialized team of AI researchers and futurist analysts
- Drive patent strategy for emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership with proven experience in strategic technology planning
