As a key member of our Future Technologies Division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neuroscientists, and ethical AI specialists to develop frameworks that will define how humanity interacts with technology in the coming decade. Your insights will directly influence product development, policy recommendations, and our global innovation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map emerging technology trends (2024-2026) across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-generation AI systems with embedded ethical safeguards
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product specifications
- Author thought leadership whitepapers on the societal impact of 2026 technological convergence
- Advocate for human-centered design principles in autonomous system development
- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging AI applications
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, AI research, or futurism with focus on post-2025 implications
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biocompatible interfaces
- Published author or recognized speaker on future technologies (TED, WSJ, IEEE preferred)
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into executive-level strategic recommendations
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field; PhD strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future technology implementations or frameworks
