Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems and human augmentation technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation strategy with long-term business objectives
- Secure and manage partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present futuristic visions to stakeholders and inspire organizational adoption of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with proven track record in deploying large-scale systems
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, and human-computer interaction
- Published research or patents in AI ethics, AGI safety, or future forecasting
- Experience with strategic innovation frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio of projects showcasing 3-5 year technological foresight
