Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year AI innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI, quantum computing, and human-AI symbiosis
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-tech capabilities into product roadmaps
- Present strategic visions to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Build and lead a team of futurists, data scientists, and ethical AI specialists
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting AI deployment
- Define ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of shipping AI products at scale (Fortune 500 or unicorn startup)
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and multimodal systems
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management abilities
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Understanding of quantum computing fundamentals and their AI applications
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI frameworks
- Experience with patent prosecution for AI innovations
