As a key member of our Innovation Division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing pioneers, neuroscientists, and ethical AI experts to develop 10-year roadmaps for transformative technologies. You'll influence product roadmaps, guide policy frameworks, and pioneer new methodologies for anticipating technological disruptions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging AI trends (AGI, quantum ML, neuro-symbolic systems) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-of-work implications
- Author thought leadership reports on AI ethics and governance
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen AI applications
- Advocate responsible AI deployment through policy frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists in quantitative and qualitative forecasting
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurist Studies with 5+ years applied AI experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Proven track record influencing enterprise AI strategy
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of strategic foresight projects or technology roadmaps
