Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 5+ years applied research
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or neuro-symbolic AI
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven track record developing patent-pending AI systems with real-world impact
