Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging AI technologies, trends, and their potential impact on the industry.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI solutions into new and existing products.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of the curve by attending conferences, publishing thought leadership, and building a network of AI experts.
- Lead the development of ethical AI frameworks and responsible AI practices within the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in AI strategy and future forecasting.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing AI strategies within a corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of current AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, deep learning, natural language processing) and their future trajectories.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
