Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for the company, specifically focusing on the 2026 roadmap.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI, AGI, and Quantum Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Executive Leadership) to translate technical vision into actionable business goals.
- Prioritize R&D initiatives based on market potential, technical feasibility, and competitive analysis.
- Identify and assess potential acquisition targets or partnerships to accelerate our technological capabilities.
- Develop white papers and thought leadership content to establish the company as a pioneer in the AI space.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior strategic role within the technology sector, specifically in AI or Data Science.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year projects from conception to completion.
- Deep understanding of current and future state of AI ethics, governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
