As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into cutting-edge technical architectures. You'll pioneer the integration of quantum-resistant algorithms, edge-computing paradigms, and autonomous infrastructure orchestration – setting industry standards for the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI infrastructure solutions for petabyte-scale data processing and model deployment
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks for distributed AI systems
- Develop autonomous infrastructure orchestration pipelines using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Lead migration strategies for legacy systems to 2026-ready architectures
- Establish performance benchmarks and optimization protocols for real-time inference
- Collaborate with ethics teams to implement bias mitigation and explainability frameworks
- Document architectural decisions and create strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in infrastructure architecture with 5+ years in AI/ML environments
- Expertise in distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Deep knowledge of quantum-resistant cryptography and post-quantum security standards
- Proven experience with MLOps pipelines and model deployment automation
- Familiarity with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Strong background in edge computing and hybrid-cloud integration
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
