Responsibilities

- Drive innovation in neural network optimization and generative AI technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate AI solutions in simulated environments
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration across enterprise systems
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record deploying production-scale AI systems in cloud-native environments
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and hybrid classical-quantum computing architectures
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams of 10+ engineers
- Certification in AWS Machine Learning or equivalent cloud AI specialization
