Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead research in quantum-inspired algorithms and federated learning frameworks
- Develop production-ready AI solutions with 99.99% uptime requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into IoT and edge computing ecosystems
- Drive ethical AI initiatives including bias mitigation and explainable AI frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and publish research in top-tier AI conferences
- Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS/GCP and Kubernetes orchestration
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed ML frameworks
- Proven track record deploying production ML systems at scale (10M+ users)
- Strong foundation in quantum computing principles or neuromorphic engineering
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills
