Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum ML algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead research initiatives in neuromorphic computing and hybrid AI systems
- Develop scalable frameworks for real-time inference on quantum-classical hybrid hardware
- Publish top-tier research at NeurIPS/ICML and contribute to open-source projects
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years in quantum computing or advanced ML research
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in top-tier conferences/journals (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Proven track record of deploying ML systems at scale
- Strong background in computational complexity theory
