Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Design ethical AI frameworks that align with 2026 regulatory standards
- Develop production-ready models achieving 99.9% accuracy in real-world deployment
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 10-year AI impact studies
- Mentor PhD researchers through our 'Future Minds' program

Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML with publications in NeurIPS/ICML or equivalent impact
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum algorithms
- Proven track record of deploying ML systems at billion-user scale

- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and D-Wave systems
