- Mentor PhD-level researchers and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research breakthroughs

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in publishing quantum computing or AI research
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience securing government research grants (NSF, DARPA)
- Demonstrated leadership in managing research teams of 10+ members
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy challenges and AI alignment problems
