Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives integrating quantum computing with neural networks
- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring bias mitigation and transparency
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and deploy research findings
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to technical strategy

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and quantum computing APIs
- Proven track record of publishing in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent venues
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and natural language processing
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex theories
- Fluency in Python/C++ and distributed computing frameworks
