Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in generative AI, quantum machine learning, and neuro-symbolic systems
- Develop novel algorithms for multi-modal AI architectures with <1ms inference latency
- Architect ethical AI frameworks ensuring compliance with 2026 global AI governance standards
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready solutions
- Publish findings in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and present at global tech summits
- Mentor junior researchers and establish new benchmarks in AI safety and alignment
- Secure patents for breakthrough methodologies in explainable AI and federated learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years of industry research experience
- Proven track record of deploying production AI systems serving >10M users
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and distributed training
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with experience in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published ≥3 papers at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR in the last 3 years
- Strong background in AI ethics and alignment research with deployment experience
- Experience securing ≥$1M in government/industry research grants
- Fluency in Python/C++ with expertise in low-latency optimization techniques
