Responsibilities

- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier AI/ML conferences

- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into market-ready technologies
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants through compelling proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published record in NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier conferences
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative models
- Proficiency with PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven ability to secure government or corporate research funding
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and productionizing research models
- Demonstrated impact through open-source contributions or commercial AI deployments
