Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for 2026-era AI applications
- Lead quantum machine learning research projects with 10+ member cross-functional teams
- Develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with emerging global regulations
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI for next-gen quantum processors
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry white papers
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development strategy
- Present findings at international symposums including Neural Information Processing Systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-grade deep learning systems at scale
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum algorithms
- Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Strong track record of open-source contributions with 1k+ GitHub stars
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills demonstrated through Kaggle competitions or similar
