Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum-inspired neural networks for real-time multimodal data fusion
- Lead research in explainable AI for autonomous systems with 99.99% accuracy benchmarks
- Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers on algorithm-optimization for 2026-era processors
- Publish 3+ papers annually in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Science, Nature AI)
- Mentor junior researchers through our Horizon 2026 Fellowship Program
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced ML research with published work on transformer architectures
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with quantum simulation libraries (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record in deploying AI models at scale (10M+ parameter models)
- Familiarity with ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Experience with federated learning in cross-border data environments
- Strong background in computational neuroscience or neuromorphic computing
