Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced neural networks for real-time decision-making systems
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and ethical algorithm development
- Develop novel architectures for multimodal learning across 10+ data modalities
- Collaborate with robotics teams to deploy AI in autonomous systems
- Author whitepapers and patents for breakthrough AI methodologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on 2026-era AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced AI research with peer-reviewed publications at NeurIPS/ICML
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and causal inference
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Published work on ethical AI bias mitigation or explainability
- Experience deploying models at scale (>100M parameter systems)
