Responsibilities

- Translate theoretical models into scalable production-grade solutions
- Collaborate with futurists to define ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA grant applications
- Mentor junior researchers in advanced ML optimization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience with transformer architectures and reinforcement learning
- Published record in top-tier AI conferences with 50+ citations
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and bias mitigation strategies
- Experience securing federal research grants ($1M+)
- Portfolio demonstrating deployment of production-grade AI systems
- Strong background in quantum computing fundamentals
