Responsibilities
- Lead research on next-gen neural architectures for 2026-era applications

- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging AI specializations

Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in cutting-edge AI research
- Published work at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent tier
- Expertise in at least two of: NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning
- Proficiency in distributed ML frameworks (PyTorch/JAX)
- Demonstrated ability to secure federal or corporate research grants
- Portfolio of deployed AI systems impacting >1M users
