Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (h-index >20)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and multimodal systems
- Strong programming skills in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA) or industry funding
