Responsibilities
- Lead R&D in emerging AI domains including quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic integration
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for complex real-world problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at premier conferences
- Secure patents and intellectual property for proprietary breakthrough technologies
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through internal hackathons
- Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with advanced ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
- Proven track record of publishing in NeurIPS, ICML, or similar tier-1 conferences
- Expertise in at least one specialized area: NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or quantum computing
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and distributed computing systems
- Experience with MLOps tools and deploying AI at scale
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and creativity in tackling unsolved challenges
- Passion for ethical AI development and responsible innovation
