Responsibilities

- Build and lead a high-performing team of AI researchers and data scientists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Oversee AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI deployment strategies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage program budget of $15M+ with quarterly ROI analysis
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale AI initiatives ($10M+ budgets)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and NLP
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 50+ professionals
- Strong background in AI ethics, governance, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
