- Conduct rigorous market analysis to anticipate emerging trends in automation and machine learning.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, governance, and compliance within the organization.
- Manage a substantial budget for R&D initiatives and vendor partnerships.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Drive the integration of AI into legacy systems to ensure seamless scalability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology management.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technology transformations and strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Networks, and predictive analytics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse, high-performing teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on high-conversion messaging.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise architecture.
