Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso-based drinks and pour-overs using premium equipment
- Engage warmly with customers, offering product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and seating areas
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support inventory management and restock premium coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
