Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workspace and equipment
- Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support inventory management and product stocking
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless daily operations
- Participate in monthly product training and innovation sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food/beverage service experience
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends/early mornings
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques preferred
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
