Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on AI integration, predictive analytics, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Strategic Vision: Lead the transition of legacy systems into agile, future-proof architectures that support scalable growth.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Neural Interfaces) and evaluate their potential for commercial application.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and internal teams.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all future tech initiatives adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in executive leadership within the Information Technology or AI sectors, with a proven track record of successful digital transformation.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5-10 year horizon) and manage high-stakes strategic initiatives.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and emerging hardware technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Leadership: Proven ability to build and mentor high-performance engineering and strategy teams.
