Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technology and societal trends through 2026
- Develop innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies deployment
- Curate cross-disciplinary innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
- Author thought leadership on the future of work and human augmentation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology strategy leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leader with keynote experience at global forums
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong network of innovators across Silicon Valley and global tech hubs
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
