What you'll achieve:
- Architect our 2026-2030 innovation framework
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA
- Lead patent development in next-gen AI and climate tech
- Present at Davos, Web Summit, and TED Future conferences
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year strategic foresight initiatives
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Direct $50M innovation fund allocation
- Build and mentor a 15-person future-tech team
- Collaborate with C-suite on ESG and metaverse integration
- Produce annual 'Future State' whitepapers for Fortune 500 clients
- Oversee R&D partnerships with Stanford and ETH Zurich
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation, or executive futurist roles
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Proven track record leading tech transformation at scale
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic preferred
- TEDx speaker or World Economic Forum contributor
- Experience with blockchain-based incentive systems
