Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Create and communicate a compelling long-term strategic vision for Nexus Horizon, specifically focusing on milestones for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Roadmap Execution: Develop detailed strategic roadmaps that align with business objectives, ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned on priorities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to identify new growth opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Lead high-level negotiations and maintain relationships with key investors, partners, and industry thought leaders.
- Innovation Leadership: Champion a culture of innovation within the organization, driving R&D initiatives that support future product lines.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and OKRs to measure the success of strategic initiatives and report progress to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of executive leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Chief Strategy Officer or VP Strategy role.
- Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining successful long-term strategies and delivering measurable business results.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, SaaS) and their potential impact on the market by 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences, from technical teams to board members.
