Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive 5-year vision with a specific focus on the 2026 execution milestone, aligning technology capabilities with business goals.
- Drive Innovation & Emerging Tech: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) that will disrupt the market by 2026.
- Executive Leadership: Partner with the C-Suite to articulate the technology strategy to stakeholders, investors, and the board of directors.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the digital transformation initiatives, ensuring scalability and efficiency across all global operations.
- Talent & Culture: Build and lead a world-class engineering and strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor landscapes to anticipate market shifts and secure Lumina's competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Executive Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology strategy, with at least 3 years in a C-suite or VP-level role.
- Strategic Visionary: Proven track record of successfully executing long-term strategic plans, specifically identifying trends for future market entry.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications by the 2026 timeframe.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives for diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to navigate uncertainty and pivot strategies in rapidly evolving environments.
