Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machinery (Mills, Lathes, or Grinders) with precision and efficiency.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure parts meet strict tolerances.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Make minor adjustments to machine settings during production runs.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery (1+ years preferred).
- Basic understanding of G-code and CAD/CAM software is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
