Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Professionally handle a high volume of customer calls, emails, and live chat interactions daily.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or technical issues with patience and empathy.
- Update Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our CRM system.
- Provide Product Information: Educate customers on our services and assist them in finding the best solutions for their needs.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed daily and weekly KPI targets regarding call handling and satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software, and navigating the internet.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
