Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, answering inquiries about products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize merchandise on shelves and maintain a clean, clutter-free store environment.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Restock inventory and ensure all promotional displays are visually appealing.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Minneapolis location.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
